Shipping Policy

SoleCraft Footwear ships from Lancaster, California. Every order qualifies for free standard shipping within the United States 鈥?no minimum order value.

Handling time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are usually picked and packed the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You receive a confirmation email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery estimates

West Coast 鈥?2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Central states 鈥?3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
East Coast and rural areas 鈥?4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak season can add time.

Carriers and tracking

We use major US carriers. A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the warehouse; allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Addresses

Please double-check your address before ordering. We can update an address only before dispatch. We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses using the available carrier service; delivery times may be longer. We do not ship to freight forwarders or international addresses at this time.

Lost, damaged or stolen parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbours and your local carrier office first; then contact us within 7 days and we will start a claim. Replacements or refunds are issued once the carrier claim is resolved.

Split shipments

If an order contains items from different warehouses it may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost. You receive a tracking number for each parcel.
