Last updated: November 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of solekind.us and any order you place with SoleCraft Footwear. By browsing or ordering you agree to them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing or product information is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only while the promotion is live. Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Shipping and risk of loss
All orders ship free within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; see our Shipping Policy for handling times, carriers and lost-package procedures.
Returns
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Product information
We describe materials, colours and measurements as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so slight colour differences are normal. Products are intended for normal consumer wear; misuse, alteration or resale outside these terms is not covered.
Intellectual property
Site design, text and photography created by us belong to SoleCraft Footwear. Third-party names and marks that appear in product descriptions remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe the goods we resell. See our Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at disruptive volume, attempt to access administrative areas, submit false orders, or use the store for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access or cancel orders that breach these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are handled in the courts of Los Angeles County. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
